Zebra 1.0.0-beta.14
This release contains a variety of CI fixes, test fixes and dependency updates. It contains two breaking changes: the recommended disk capacity for Zebra is now 300 GB, and the recommended network bandwidth is 100 GB per month, and when no command is provided on the command line, zebrad automatically starts syncing (like zcashd). The sync performance of lightwalletd is also improved.
