Paid rank, plainly stated.

shielded.bid is a sponsored project board. Projects purchase an increase to a cumulative USD-denominated lifetime score. The score determines rank, and another confirmed placement can change that rank at any time.

You must submit a legitimate project link and description that you are authorized to promote. Malware, impersonation, deceptive claims, unlawful content, or attempts to interfere with the service may be rejected or removed while payment evidence is preserved for resolution.

Ranking amounts are integer USD cents. The homepage ZEC amount is only an indicative spot estimate. CipherPay creates the exact invoice first, including the canonical ZIP-321 request, exact ZEC amount, provider fee, and invoice expiration. Pay only that current invoice from a compatible wallet; hosted CipherPay checkout is an explicit fallback, not an alternate quote.

A new project starts at a minimum $1.00 lifetime score. Existing projects pay only the top-up to their selected lifetime score, and overtaking a displayed score requires exactly $1.00 more.

A Zcash transfer is irreversible. A placement becomes active only after CipherPay reports its canonical confirmed state and shielded.bid reconciles the result. Duplicate delivery never creates duplicate score.

Top Shield is available only with a rank-one quote. Its displayed fee equals the desired lifetime score and holds only the featured hero for three hours after successful activation. It does not freeze the underlying paid leaderboard.

Creating an invoice does not reserve Top Shield. Once another Top Shield payment is already detected, a later conflicting shield payment can enter manual review before final confirmation rather than receive unsafe credit.

Each season runs for 30 consecutive days from its published UTC start time. Seasons follow one another without gaps. Season 01 begins only when the production board is activated.

Twenty percent of every confirmed placement subtotal, including any Top Shield fee, is recorded for winner marketing. At season close, that pool is allocated 50%, 30%, and 20% across the top three projects.

Season rank uses confirmed score. Ties are ordered by score, then the earlier final score update, then project slug. Winner pages and campaign records are published only after review. A marketing allocation is for the recorded campaign, not an automatic cash payout or transferable prize.

Settlement can be paused for provider, chain, security, or ledger safety. One-block confirmation reduces delay but carries chain reorganization risk, and this release does not operate an independent Zcash watcher after CipherPay marks an invoice confirmed.

The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, shielded.bid is not responsible for wallet mistakes, incorrect refund addresses, third-party outages, market-price movement, or indirect losses. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms may change for future quotes. The terms displayed when a quote is created govern that quote unless a change is required to protect users or comply with law.
