Added perspective::sync_progress, the sync-progress editorial types. SyncProgress, built from a pepper_sync::sync::SyncStatus, derives the total block and output percentages the engine reported before: the exact ratio on a percentage scale, clamped, reading complete over an empty span once sync has started and one step short while nullifiers await retrieval. SessionReport, built from a pepper_sync::sync::SyncResult, derives the session's total output percentage by the same rule.
